By accessing or using ClawPal's cloud hosting services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

ClawPal provides cloud hosting services for OpenClaw agents. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenClaw. Our Service includes:

  • Cloud infrastructure for deploying OpenClaw agents
  • Containerized runtime environments
  • Telegram Bot integration
  • Monitoring and logging services

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for:

  • Any illegal activities or violations of applicable laws
  • Distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks
  • Distribution of malware or malicious code
  • Unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities
  • Content that infringes intellectual property rights

5. Payment and Billing

5.1 Pricing: All prices are displayed in USD and exclude applicable taxes.

5.2 Billing: Payments are processed securely through our payment processor, Creem. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method.

5.3 Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months.

5.4 Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Contact support@clawpal.io for refund requests.

6. Third-Party Services and API Keys

Our Service requires you to provide API keys from third-party AI providers (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI). You are responsible for:

  • Complying with the terms of service of these third-party providers
  • Maintaining valid API keys with sufficient quotas
  • All charges incurred through your API keys

7. Service Level and Uptime

We aim to provide 99.9% uptime for our Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClawPal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Intellectual Property

ClawPal and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. OpenClaw is a separate project with its own licensing terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
